Sovrano AI pays on a monthly cycle.

How it works

  • Your earnings accumulate throughout the month based on completed and approved work.
  • Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month via Deel.
  • Funds typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank and country.
  • You can track your earnings breakdown (weekly, monthly, by project) in your dashboard.

What counts as paid work

  • Completed evaluation tasks that pass quality review.
  • Approved training sessions and onboarding activities.
  • Project meetings and webinars when explicitly included in your contract scope.

What does not count

  • Time spent on tasks that are later flagged for policy violations.
  • Work submitted in bad faith or identified as AI-generated.
  • Time logged while not actively working (if time tracking applies to your contract).

If you believe hours were incorrectly removed, respond to the notification email with context and evidence. Disputes are reviewed during the next pay period.

Frequently asked questions

My payout is late. What should I do?

Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month, with funds arriving within 2–5 business days. If it has been more than 5 business days since month-end, verify your bank details in Deel are correct, then contact hello@sovrano.ai with your full name and account email.

I only worked part of the month. Will I still get paid?

Yes. You're paid for all approved work completed during the month, regardless of when you started or stopped. There is no minimum threshold for partial-month work.

Are payouts delayed during holidays?

Bank holidays may add 1–2 business days to processing times. Deel processes payments on business days only. If a month-end falls on a weekend or holiday, processing begins on the next business day.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

No. All approved earnings are paid out at the end of the month, regardless of the amount.

Can I get paid more frequently than monthly?

Currently, all payouts follow the monthly cycle. More frequent payout options are not available at this time.

What happens to my pay if my contract is paused mid-month?

You will be paid for all approved work completed before the pause. The payout will be included in the regular end-of-month cycle.

I was notified that hours were removed. How do I dispute this?

Respond directly to the notification email with context and evidence (e.g., screenshots of your work, timestamps). Disputes are reviewed during the next pay period and any corrections are applied to the following payout.

Do training and onboarding hours get paid on the same schedule?

Yes. Approved training and onboarding hours are included in the same monthly payout as your evaluation work.
