Agreements you'll sign

Contracts & Agreements · Students & Scholars · Updated

Before starting evaluation work, you'll need to sign the following:

Evaluator Agreement

This is your main working agreement with Sovrano AI. It covers your role, responsibilities, pay rate, and working terms.

CIIAA (Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement)

This protects the confidentiality of the data and AI models you work with. All evaluation data, prompts, model outputs, and client information must remain strictly confidential.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

An additional confidentiality layer. You may not share any details about the specific AI labs you work with, the tasks you perform, or any data you encounter during your work.

All agreements are standardised — specific clauses cannot be added or removed. You can review them during the offer acceptance flow before signing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I review the agreements before signing?

Yes. All agreements are presented during the offer acceptance flow, and you can read them in full before signing. Take the time to review each document carefully.

I have a legal question about one of the agreements. Who can I ask?

Sovrano AI cannot provide legal advice. If you have concerns, consult an independent legal professional before signing. The agreements are non-negotiable, but you should understand what you're agreeing to.

Can I get copies of the agreements after signing?

Yes. Signed copies of all your agreements are available in your dashboard under the Contracts section. You can download them at any time for your records.

How long does the NDA last after a project ends?

The NDA remains in effect indefinitely, even after your contract ends and your account is closed. Confidential information must remain confidential permanently. Specific terms may vary, so review your signed NDA for details.

What if I accidentally share confidential information?

Contact hello@sovrano.ai immediately. Self-reporting a genuine accident is treated differently from deliberate disclosure. The team will assess the situation and determine next steps.

Are the agreements the same for every project?

The core agreements (Evaluator Agreement, CIIAA, NDA) are standardised. However, some projects may include additional project-specific terms or addenda. You'll see these during the offer acceptance flow.

Can I request modifications to the agreements?

No. All agreements are standardised and cannot be modified for individual evaluators. If you're unable to agree to the terms, you may decline the offer.

I signed the agreements but haven't started working yet. Can I withdraw?

Contact hello@sovrano.ai to discuss your situation. If you haven't accessed any project materials or started any work, the team can process your withdrawal. The NDA and CIIAA obligations still apply to any information you may have seen during onboarding.
