When you get paid

All payouts are processed monthly, at the end of each calendar month. Funds are sent via Deel and typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank and location.

Timeline

  • Work completed during the month is tallied at month-end.
  • Payout is processed within the first week of the following month.
  • Funds arrive 2-5 business days after processing, depending on your withdrawal method.

You can view your earnings breakdown at any time in your dashboard, filtered by week, month, or project.

Can I get paid weekly instead of monthly?

Not at this time. All payouts are processed monthly.

My payment is late. What should I do?

Allow up to 5 business days after processing. If it still hasn't arrived, check your Deel account for any pending verifications, then contact hello@sovrano.ai.

Do I get paid for training hours?

This depends on your internship format. Check your contract or ask your mentor for details.
