You can request full account deletion from your Account Settings page. Processing takes approximately 7 days.
When your account is deleted:
- All personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
- Any active contracts are terminated.
- Outstanding payments for completed work will still be processed.
- Referral data associated with your account is anonymised.
Account deletion is irreversible. If you want to use Sovrano AI again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.
