- Evaluator calibration — Before live work begins, evaluators complete calibration tasks against gold-standard examples. Only those who meet the quality threshold proceed.
- Inter-annotator agreement — We track agreement rates across evaluators. If agreement drops below your target, we investigate and recalibrate.
- MBA-level QA layer — For larger projects, a senior QA team audits evaluation output, checks rubric adherence, and flags inconsistencies.
- Client feedback loops — You review sample batches and provide feedback. We incorporate it into evaluator training before scaling.
