We match evaluators based on three factors: domain expertise, language proficiency, and education level.
Domain matching
Our evaluator pool includes graduate students and professionals across finance, law, marketing, engineering, healthcare, and general business. If your project requires financial statement analysis, we assign evaluators with finance degrees. If it requires EU regulatory knowledge, we assign law students with compliance coursework.
Language matching
All evaluators are bilingual (English plus at least one European language). For multilingual projects, we assign native speakers of the target language, not translators.
Quality tiers
Evaluators are segmented by experience level. New evaluators start on lower-complexity tasks and graduate to more demanding work based on their quality scores and inter-annotator agreement metrics.
